Hi,

I am working on a project concerned with whether Argentina court documents are immediately available on the court websites, or if there is a general idea of how long of a delay there is between filing with the court and availability online.

For example, are materials ever sealed and then released later? Is the date in the portal the date the information is published? The only documentation I could find online was https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjfUlq-ZHf0.

I am looking at the sites for PJN and Catamarca (https://scw.pjn.gov.ar/scw/home.seam;jsessionid=Z2H3JYgGxFGFuULCLfa3iGv9.scw3_4?cid=665508 and https://juscatamarca.gob.ar/consulta-de-expedientes-lex-doctor/). If anyone can clarify the headers on these sites (for example, the date referred to by Fecha and what is meant by A FS.) that would also be a huge help.

Thank you!

Best,
