Dear Int-law list colleagues,

 

I am hoping you can help me source a copy of a case from the British Columbia Law Reports (6th).

 

The citation according to the Australian Guide to Legal Citation is: Lululemon athletica Canada v Industrial Color Productions (2021) 65 BCLR (6^th) 90 (British Columbia Court of Appeal).

 

We would appreciate a pdf replica of the hard copy case (court ready pdf) if it is not too large, otherwise, a copy of the title page of the volume, starting few pages of the case, and pages containing paragraphs 38 – 47.
