Italian case from 1980

Hello Int-Law,

We are in search of an Italian case in the Corte di Cassazione from 1980. This is a case about whether copyright protection would be granted to the famous Wassily chair design (tubular steel and leather). The citation I have is Corte di Cassazione, June 26, 1980, No. 1258, 61. It came to my attention that Il Foro Italiano is on JSTOR. However, my search there for the case was not fruitful. Il Foro Italiano is pretty selective in the cases that it publishes. I am aware of Italgiureweb, but as far as I can tell it is password protected and passwords are not available to the average user. I will be grateful for any leads on this case.

Seriously: The case is published.

Debora Brambilla in her Ph.D. thesis ‘La forma del prodotto e la sua tutela’, Parma 2011, online, gives this source:

 

Cass., 26 giugno 1980, n. 4006, in Giur. ann. dir. ind.,1980, n. 1258; App.

Milano, 25 luglio 1980, ivi, 1980, n. 1330,

 

According to this, those two seemingly related judgements are published in the Italian periodical:

Giurisprudenza annotata de diritto industriale

Milano: Giuffrè, no ISSN given.

 

Some libraries should have it (not mine, sorry). Anyone here holding this? Please be advised the quotes are arranged to numbers, not pages.
