A student is looking for a 2012 Bahamas Supreme Court case titled Jimenez
Casas v. Portales Iglesias. I have looked on the Bahamas Supreme Court web site, Lexis and Westlaw to no avail. If someone on the list has access to this case and can send me a copy, it would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
