BVI HC case - can anyone assist?

HI there,
I'm trying to track down the High Court (Commercial) judgment from the British Virgin Islands.
This: Khan v. Gany Holdings, Judgment, BVIHCMAP2014/0018 (ECSC CA, Mar. 14, 2016) is the case on appeal, but I need the High Court judgment.
I've not been able to find it online and unfortunately the CA judgment doesn't include a citation. I understand the HC trial was in 2014 so the HC judgment is likely to be 2014 or maybe early 2015.
Happy to pay costs to supply.
