This webinar surveys the rules in select jurisdictions regarding embryos created through artificial reproductive technology treatment cycles, such as those involving in vitro fertilization (IVF). It addresses access to IVF, regulation of IVF facilities, funding, limits on the number of embryos created and transferred, storage, and preimplantation genetic testing.
