Can somebody please assist.

 

One of my Council/Solicitor is looking for a copy of Griffiths & Ors v British Coal Corp [1998] 1 WLUK 597, (original judgment) full judgment contains of ±150 pages.

 

I searched on the British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII) website, found the summary. I also searched on Westlaw UK and LexisNexis UK.
