Dear Colleagues,

I’m trying to track down a United Kingdom decision that was cited in Kerly’s Law of Trade Marks and Trade Names, Re Legal Aid Board’s Trade Mark Application SRIS 0/056/00 unreported 3 October 2000 CA.

It was cited in the New Zealand decision of  Manuka Honey Appellation Society Incorporated v Australian Manuka Honey Association Limited [2023] NZIPOTM 19 https://www.nzlii.org/nz/cases/NZIPOTM/2023/19.html  as In Re Legal Aid Board’s Trade Mark Application SRIS 0/056/00, 3 October 2000 (Ch D), Unreported.

It was also cited in the UKIntelP decision of MANUKA HONEY (Trade Mark: Opposition) [2021] UKIntelP o89921 https://www.bailii.org/uk/cases/UKIntelP/2021/o89921.html as unreported, HC No 2000 No 817.

I’ve tried searching Bailii, Westlaw International, Lawcite and ICLR.

I found the UKIntelP decision on Bailii https://www.bailii.org/uk/cases/UKIntelP/2000/o05600.html .

If anyone has a copy or knows where I’d be able to access an online copy, I’d be very grateful.

Kind regards

Sue Price
