I hope you all are enjoying your Monday. I’m trying to find Structuring Purposive Statutory Interpretation: An American Perspective by Philip P Frickey, 80 Austrl. L. J. 849 (2006), which somehow has a 70-year embargo on HeinOnline and, even though published by Thomson Reuters, is not one of the Aussie journals available on Westlaw. All makes perfect sense.

 

Anyway, if anyone can provide a copy, it would be greatly appreciated. Hope to see you in my hometown next month.
