Dear all,

A student is looking for the travaux préparatoires  for the Protocol Additional to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, and relating to the Protection of Victims of International Armed Conflicts (Protocol 1). I had no success in finding these. Anyone who can help me and direct me where to find this information?

Kind regads,

They are all normally available on the ICRC website:

(research guide also available & useful: https://blogs.icrc.org/cross-files/drafting-history-1949-geneva-conventions/ )

1977:  https://blogs.icrc.org/cross-files/diplomatic-conference-1974-1977-conference-documents/
