Dear all
Could we check if anyone has access to Ensor v Ensor [1946] 2 DLR 781? It is a Canadian case, and we think it is in the Dominion Law Reports, and the citation is based on a reference in Swadling's chapter in Degeling & Edelman, Equity in Commercial Law.
Would be very grateful if anyone has it.
Thank you!

Hello Bryan,
The party names are misspelled, which is why you may have had trouble finding the case. It’s on CanLII. Hopefully a parallel cite is OK (Eansor v. Eansor, [1946] SCR 54).
Cheers,
Katarina
