Hi,
I am using a web-socket server, which implements draft-ietf-hybi-
thewebsocketprotocol-00 protocol. The client code is meant to run
exclusively on chrome. The client and server communication was working
fine until Chrome 14. Are there any changes made to Websocket
implementation in Chrome 14?

Yes, the WebSocket implementation now uses the draft-ietf-hybi-thewebsocketprotocol-10 protocol (note that binary frame and compression support is upcoming in (probably) Chrome 15).
