What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Put a large file (48MB in the case I was working with) on Google Docs
2.Download it using Chrome.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to get the entire file down. Instead, I get only part of the
file. Specifically, three downloads ((2) was Firefox and MD5 compares
correct to the file that the person who was giving it to me was trying to
share, unsuffixed and (1) were my two chrome attempts. Note that the sizes
for the chrome attempts are different, and smaller than the firefox result):
