New issue 109858 by david.pr...@gmail.com: document.documentElement broken
on chrome extensions using run_at: document_start
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=109858

Chrome Version : 18.0.1003.1
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

I don't know if it is correct, but if you use document.documentElement
(like in jQuery) and set manifest.content_scripts[].run_at
= 'document_start' it doesn't exists, just document.

Because of that, some extensions broke.

I make a test extension, just run it and open google.com and see
console.log.

This problem occur after I update my Chrome to last dev version.

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/535.16
(KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/18.0.1003.1 Safari/535.16
