Buying and Installing user complaint issues..

So recently.. I have had users complain on my web store page for my
web app Chrome Editor that while installing they receive a "Aw Snap
error" I'm not sure what to do... should I roll back my web app to the
last version that proved to be more stable for users?

Please help. I don't believe I have experienced any of these issues
while installing it myself.

Some how I believe this bug us related to my international locales
support.

Thinking it might be an issue with Google App Engine I tried uploading
my files again, but still same error when trying to install.

I'm lost .. is it possible that because my default locales is "en_US"
there is an issue with this on the Chrome Web Store instead of just
plain "en"

There should be no issues with the default locale being en_us. Are
you able to reproduce this reliably? Which version of OS/Browser? I
tried installing after you reported this error and didn't get an
error.
