I just committed a change that breaks about 300 tests. On the plus side, this improves Skia performance and correctness. It also adds expectations so that this should not turn the bots horribly red all day.
If this change causes new layout test failures, please add them to the Bug(schenney) at the bottom of TestExpectations and I'll look at them when I do the rebaselining. Any failures are likely to be small changes - ping me if there is something that looks more significant.
