Realized that many of the difficulties gardening this stint result from the windows debug bot being crazy: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=153663. Hopefully that'll be resolved in the next day or two.
The build.chromium.org 10.7 bot was updated to 10.7.5, so a ton of tests needed rebaseline. http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/130233. Once the 10.6 bot cycles, those tests will need to be rebaselined there as well due to https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97045. The build.webkit.org bot is still on 10.7.4, so will have failures until we update it.
There were a bunch of perf regressions that are now resolved. The fix just got rolled into chromium.
Have a roll in progress at https://codereview.chromium.org/11053011.

Actually, it turns out the build.webkit.org layout test bot is still
running 10.6, so we shouldn't have any issues there.

Lol. And the 10.6 bots didn't end up needing new baselines. So we're all good on that front. Just need to send a heads up to webkit-dev.
