very red day.
rolled chromium 191432 -> 191760
Since this version contains skia roll, a lot of test failure happened.
I've rebaselined them.
I've learned that if we don't roll chromium (contains skia roll), we
will see a lot of test failures on garden-o-matic, and rebaselining
them will cause another failure on WebKit.
Due to lots of failure, rolling webkit didn't succeed.
