The
Google implementation of WebTransport does work on Android (that's what Chromium uses). As usual, the caveat with that one is "some assembly required" (though hopefully less than before), probably the most painful of those would be having to manually integrate with the Android system certificate verifier. I'm not aware of any other existing WebTransport client implementation that would run on Android (I believe that neqo, the Mozilla QUIC library, has some WebTransport-related code, but I don't know how far along it is).
