You will notice that the WebTransport Web Platform tests are passing on recent builds:

This means that there is working code for both the WebTransport client (e.g. Chrome Canary M97) and the corresponding server side (written in Python).

The IETF 112 Hackathon begins on Monday.  There is no fee for registration, and the IETF WEBTRANS WG is sponsoring a project to do interop testing as well as development of samples such as what you are looking for.

Info on the Hackathon, the WebTransport project, and pointers to documents and code resources can be found here:

An announcement is available here:

Does the WebTransport server code in WPT work?

Can you folks kindly update the code at each so that WebTransport can actually be tested?

Thanks.

I did notice WPT tests are passing. I downloaded all of the relevant files (from /handlers and /tools) and have been trying to rung the code locally, without success.

I primarily perform field testing. I do not understand why at GoogleChrome/samples code is not being updated to correspond with code in WPT so blind field testing can be carried out? It is easy enough to test your own gear in a closed-loop environment, you will always pass the tests. The rub is when individuals outside of the loop test your gear until it breaks, which is what I do.

Thanks, again. I will try to observe the goings-on and see if any working server code comes out of it.

I registered for the Hackathon. Ready to test server code and specification claims. Where do I start?
