The Web Bluetooth API is an interface that Chrome provides to developers that allows a site, with your permission, to connect to a nearby Bluetooth device. If you have granted a site access to a Bluetooth device you can revoke that permission by restarting your browser as permissions are not currently saved between sessions. In general you can control site permissions through Chrome Settings.
