Applicant for the access to rendering.mobile benchmark pageset archives

When I try to run rendering.mobile benchmark on chrome for android, I meet a permission problem,

when I read document https://www.chromium.org/developers/telemetry/upload_to_cloud_storage , it says I need to get the permission to access chrome-partner-telemetry bucket, then can I run these test by myself.

So I need access for page set archives for chrome-partner-telemetry. 

Please help in providing the same.
