Access request to the partner bucket on cloud storage

Hi team,
I'm unable to run `src/tools/perf/run_benchmark startup.mobile` due to no permission to the chrome-partner-telemetry: 'AccessDeniedException: 403 x...@amazon.com does not have storage.objects.list access to the Google Cloud Storage bucket.'
I followed the gsutil config, but I'm still not able to access.
Could you please grand permission to my email address please?
