FYI, this has been resolved. Found a workaround today.

I can ssh into my DUT from both inside and outside of the chroot using that IP address, but it's failing because the DUT can't be pinged for some reason. I tried getting around this by commenting out the code that tries to ping the device and running with "-build=true", but that doesn't work either (it doesn't seem to be re-building because I can't even force a build error).

Please help. This is blocking diagnosis of a recent regression.
