Hi Tast,

Is there a pre existing/preferred way of communicating with a client Daemon from the tast test. In this case I want the daemon (secagentd) to give a "ready for testing" signal that the tast test will wait/be signalled for before starting the test itself. So far the options I considered is creating a dbus signal or creating a file for the tast test to read.

Any feedback or other suggestions appreciated!

Client secagentd is not set up to send dbus messages at the moment. The ready_writer looks like it could work though. I was mainly just wondering if there was an in place/expected way to do this but it does not seem like it. I'll just see which one is the easiest.

Thank you for your suggestion.
