PSA: Tast Tests Are Migrating To `staticcheck` From `golint`

Hello Tast Users!

We are excited to announce that we are migrating to staticcheck as our primary linter for Go code in ChromeOS. This includes migrating Tast and Tast Tests, and fixing all the lints that staticccheck has surfaced. Previously, Tast Tests were linted with golint, which was deprecated in 2020. staticcheck is better maintained, catches more bugs, and ensures a more consistent style across our Go code.

Recently, about 50 changes were reviewed, approved, and landed across Tast & Tast Tests. These changes ensure we are now compliant with staticcheck lints.
