`testing.ContextLog` working only partially

Hi!

testing.ContextLog seems to be correctly logging in the IdlePerf (https://source.chromium.org/chromiumos/_/chromium/chromiumos/platform/tast-tests/+/1495a276589142d029b23551fd5d15aa9a42401e:src/go.chromium.org/tast-tests/cros/local/bundles/cros/ui/idle_perf.go;l=133)

...but the logging command inside the NewRecorder  does not result in any produced traces (https://source.chromium.org/chromiumos/_/chromium/chromiumos/platform/tast-tests/+/1495a276589142d029b23551fd5d15aa9a42401e:src/go.chromium.org/tast-tests/cros/local/power/recorder.go;l=328)

Do you know why?

Looks like this is the NewRecorder being used by IdelPerf
