notes from meeting with salesforce on part/theme

I met with them this morning to get feedback. The notes doc is here. They will take it for a spin and provide feedback on part on the github issues.

The most interesting thing that came up was the question of whether mappings should live in the stylesheet rather than in partmap= attributes. I wrote that up here. It's not clear to me if there's a strong argument for or against that but it seems like it should be considered at least,
