Changes to First Contentful Paint (FCP) in Chrome 86

Hi everyone,

Chrome 86 is coming to beta next week and it includes some small changes to FCP to bring it more inline with the paint-timing specification:

• Video elements now trigger FCP when painted.
• Only SVG elements with content now trigger FCP.
• WebGL2 canvases now trigger FCP when painted.
