Change to Cumulatie Layout Shift (CLS) in Chrome 85

Hi everyone,

Chrome 85 is in beta, and it includes a small change to the Cumulative Layout Shift metric. We've fixed a bug where the thumb slider on a video could contribute to layout shift.
