I'd be happy to mentor you on this. It seems like this proposal will have a lot of really tricky interactions with existing APIs around Window/Document and how they're navigated, and I'd look forward to discussing that.

Feel free to reach out off-list with any questions, if you want me to review anything, or to schedule a video call. In the meantime I'll file a few issues on things I've noticed that are probably worth tackling early.
