Brief description

verifyTLSServerCertificate is the new api for Isolated Web Apps. It is needed to allow applications that communicate over TCP/UDP to verify server certificates. The api is similar to what extensions have already - browser.platformKeys.verifyTLSServerCertificate https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/mv2/reference/platformKeys#method-verifyTLSServerCertificate
