to Shared Storage API announcements

Hi all,

Starting in M134, we plan to enable Private Aggregation per-context limits for Shared Storage callers only. This feature enables callers to customize the number of contributions per Private Aggregation report by setting  maxContributions in their privateAggregationConfig. Protected Audience callers are not supported by this feature, but we’re planning to address their needs in future features.

No action is required unless you want to override the default limit of 20 contributions per report. Be aware that setting maxContributions larger than 20 will cause Chrome to send larger Private Aggregation reports containing more contributions. Likewise, setting it to a smaller number will cause Chrome to send smaller reports.

For additional information, see the explainer, ChromeStatus entry and the Intent to Ship. If you have any questions or comments, reply to this post or open an issue in the Privacy Sandbox Dev Support repository on GitHub.
