Hi all,
I've enabled moderation for services-dev for non-members and new members due to a lot of recent spam. There are probably some members that are spammer accounts as well; unfortunately I got overzealous with deleting threads before cleaning up the accounts list, but I'll be working on cleaning that up over time too.
