Can I prevent service worker that it will not automatically stop?

I was having this problem because I cannot receive any notifications because the service worker status automatically stops. Please answer my question

There is no way to prevent ServiceWorker from stopping. Instead, ServiceWorker automatically starts again when necessary, for example, when a push message arrives.

What kind of device did you use (PC or Android)? Are you able to receive a push message if a service worker is running?
