The bug is it ain't there :-)

I have been evangelizing, ranting, and raving about the need for GeoLocation access while Web App in background for some time now: -

You may say that this is a GeoLocation/GeoFence issue but that would be the kiss-of-death for essential HTML5 functionality.

I beg you to please pick up the TravelManager and Travel event ball and run with it! After all this is yet another string to the amazing ServiceWorker bow. Offline first, Push Messages, Notifications and now GeoSpatial access while asleep/backgrounded.

Sounds pretty bloody good doesn't it?
