Malicious Chrome extensions

Where should we be reporting malicious extensions? Report abuse hasn't apparently led to any action, negative reviews haven't led to any action.

Floating Player extension is now hijacking search results, causing clicks to open ads and possibly worse behavior. People have been complainin, leaving poor reviews, and reporting abuse for months. Get rid of this!

Over a month of new negative reviews due to hijacking search results and redirecting you after you click. It also seems to redirect your browser when trying to leave a review through some methods. There may be other malicious behavior too.

I'd suggest reporting it to the Google Developer Data Protection Program, by using this form.

This extension was already reported internally; however, it was also confirmed that the Google Developer Data Protection Program is an appropriate route for directing reporting for non-Googlers and external parties. 

It will get the information to the correct individuals, same as the internal reporting mechanism.
