executables from my website

As of recently my clients are no longer able to d/l a file I have on my website to provide them with remote support.

The file is a *.exe file.  I have a valid SSL cert and the page is accessible via HTTPS:

 

How do I let my clients access/download the file that needs to be run, without all kinds of hoops..
