Downloads being blocked on slippi.gg

Many users are reporting that they are unable to download the file on this page: https://slippi.gg/netplay

It is deemed dangerous by Chrome. I've been submitting the files to various anti-virus vendors to get the false positives cleared up. How do I get it so Chrome doesn't restrict the download?
