Hi Jessica,

Yes that blog post is up to date.  The configuration listed under "In Chrome 87 (released November 2020)" is currently live for most users.

Please note that there's often a delay in changes taking effect for users -- if you tried to see the warning, but failed to do so, please restart Chrome and try again. If that doesn't work, feel free to file a bug report and email me the link to it. I'd be happy to investigate further.
