Rolling Fontations Crates as part of rotation?

Hi Rustaceans,

The Fontations crates Font-Types, Read-Fonts, Skrifa are still frequently updating but have versions < 1.0.0 and sometimes do have potentially breaking changes when they increment the minor version, x in version 0.x.0, but usually do not. 

Could this be made a regular part of the Rust in Chromium roll rotation? (My understanding is it isn't currently, but I might be wrong?)

I seem to remember Łukasz telling me that the roll scripts might not automatically pick those up because of how the version is changed - is this still the case?

If there would be breaking changes I would get in touch on the Chromium Rust chat channel or be ready to help when CC'ed on a roll CL that has problems passing on the bots.

I would still take care of rolling Fontations in Skia.
