Non-crates.io Rust Crate

Hi!

I'm trying to add a Rust crate to Chrome that isn't going to be available on crates.io. I noticed the README in third_party/rust mentions needing to manually create a BUILD.gn file for that, but I can't find any documentation or examples on how to actually do that. Does anybody happen to have pointers on how I might get started on this?

I would start by:

• Reading
• The comment at the top of build/rust/rust_static_library.gni
• https://google.github.io/comprehensive-rust/chromium.html (e.g. https://google.github.io/comprehensive-rust/chromium/build-rules.html, but other parts may also be useful)
  
• Cargo-culting either
• one of //build/rust/tests examples (e.g. build/rust/tests/test_rust_static_library/)
• or a production code (I am an author of the //components/qr_code_generator:qr_code_generator_ffi_glue target)

Forgot to follow up on this because I got pulled into other work, but thank you! Cargo-culting that example worked perfectly :-)
