[requestautocomplete] requestAutocomplete now available behind a flag on OSX

As of today's Canary build (Version 29.0.1537.0), you can now enable requestAutocomplete on OSX from chrome://flags. The name of the flag is "enable interactive autocomplete."

The UI on the Mac is rough at the moment (that's why it's behind a flag), but you can now test the general concept and user flow on OSX devices.
