Good points, but Isn't that why you're supposed to also use inline feedback to let the user know they've entered the data correctly?
We're still iterating on the UI. We'll definitely keep this in mind as we do.

In testing the dialog, there's been a couple of times where I've tabbed into a field, entered something, and looked at the placeholder of the next field and wondered if I entered the correct information in the field I'm currently in. The only way I can verify this is to select-all and cut the data so I can see the placeholder again.Not sure this is the best UX to use here.
