Reclient access for external contributors

Hi,

The documentation at
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/linux/build_instructions.md#use-reclient
sounds like requesting reclient access for contributors who have tryjob
access is already possible, is that true?

I'd have expected an announcement on goma-early-access@, maybe there's
some automatic migration still being prepared that we should wait for?

Sorry, we are still working to migrate existing goma users to reclient.

But we'll send migration requests soon (maybe next week).

Thanks!

I've set up RBE, and it worked out of the box. It printed "Failed to retrieve google prod credentials. You may be on a laptop or have broken `gcertstatus` binaries." on the first compile, but it seemed to still work fine. On subsequent builds the error didn't appear, so apparently it can be ignored.
