PWA sample & test apps need migrating. Glitch shutting down hosting

Aaaand I'm glad to report that now also all dynamic demos are working again. You can find them all listed on https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/pwa-testing/, the dynamic ones are those with the Node.js logo. They are now hosted as Google Cloud functions, which required a bunch of restructuring, but the functionality of all demos is preserved. This closes the Glitch chapter! 🎊
