Test sites for installed PWAs

Hello all,

I have put a long collection of test sites that have been made to test PWA features into this public spreadsheet: https://bit.ly/pwa-test-pages

Hopefully this is helpful to others, and if you create a test site (on glitch, github,  or elsewhere) please feel free to request edit access and add it to the list. Just make sure to add your email so that if errors are noticed, we know who to contact :)
