Predictable App Updating has reached 100% for all Stable users in Chrome M144 on Windows, Mac, Linux, and ChromeOS. This milestone lays the groundwork for app migration and delivers several PWA enhancements:

• An approximate ~96% decrease in network traffic during updates.
