All,

The Roughtime IETF draft was discussed at the IETF NTP working group interim meeting today. Among the things discussed was participation in the IETF Hackathon, which takes place on 5-6 November, before the IETF 115 meeting in London.

IETF describes the hackathons in the following way: "At IETF Hackathons, developers and subject matter experts discuss, collaborate, and develop utilities, ideas, sample code and solutions that show practical implementations of IETF standards." Participation is free and open for everyone. It is possible to attend both on-site and remote.

The hackathon would be a good opportunity to test and improve interoperability between different Roughtime implementations. If you are a maintainer of a Roughtime implementation, or are thinking about creating one, please let me know if you are interested and we can arrange to include Rougtime in the hackathon.

Kind regards,
Marcus

Hi everyone,

there's a new hackathon coming up at IETF 116 i Yokohama this weekend.  I will be attending and would like to work on Roughtime if possible.  Is anyone else planning to attend, either in person or remotely
