How can I set the max stream num on a connection.

Hi all:

  As a client, I will send many request to server by one domain. I found chromium will allocate stream only on a connection, which is correspond to a server.  So the server will receive many request, but other servers can't receive any, this will cause server can't load banlance. 

How can I set the max stream num on a connection.
